Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is seeking a Yard Technician to maintain the yard, organize rental equipment, and minimize customer wait times. You will assist with check-in/check-out and provide basic operational guidance to customers.

The role emphasizes strong organization, reliable customer service, and the ability to work independently in a busy outdoor environment with heavy equipment and varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
• Customer service oriented attitude required.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for rent and keep yard clean.
• Assist customers with check-in/check-out and provide basic training.
• Ensure PPE is worn and equipment is properly stored and tagged.
• Record fuel logs and stage equipment for deliveries.
• Perform small deliveries using a pickup truck as needed.
