Job summary

VIXXO in Sarasota, FL is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory including Sarasota and surrounding areas, with hourly pay range $23–$29 depending on experience.

You will work independently to perform reactive and preventive maintenance on espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems, while building strong customer relationships and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of equipment servicing experience, preferably with testing equipment and general electric and water systems.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee; tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory, scheduling, and tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems within an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional services that adhere to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements by conducting inspections, performing timely maintenance, and completing accurate paperwork.

THE ROLE

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
