Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory including San Jose, CA, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour based on experience.

You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance, working independently to service equipment across the assigned area. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, problem solving, and ongoing learning, with opportunities for career development and benefits.

Vixxo is seeking a full‑time, Experienced Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements set by customers, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely, correctly executed equipment maintenance, and completing descriptive, accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
