Job summary

Vixxo Facility Solutions seeks an Experienced Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes San Jose, CA and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, with compensation ranging from $23 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

As an Equipment Technician, you will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on espresso machines, water systems, and related equipment across your territory. You will handle calls, document service activities, and ensure adherence to safety and SLA

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must like coffee: tasting is the final step in repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and provide professional and reliable services adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements by conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance, and completing accurate paperwork.

Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Experienced Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements set by customers, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely, correctly executed equipment maintenance, and completing descriptive, accurate paperwork.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
