Job summary

Vixxo Facility Solutions in Milwaukee is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to service espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders and water systems across Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. This role offers hourly pay between $23 and $28, plus a $1500 signing bonus and a quarterly bonus, with benefits eligibility.

You will work independently performing reactive and preventative maintenance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring tasks meet SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year servicing equipment (espresso, coffee systems, water systems)
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Top 3 Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
