Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes San Diego, CA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 per hour to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

You will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout the territory, including repairing espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems. Emphasis on customer relationships, safety, and timely SLA-compliant service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee; tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
