SBM Management is currently looking to hire a Equipment Tech Lead to join their team. The Equipment Tech Lead is responsible for safely cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment, maintaining appropriate par levels for each department, and providing work direction to custodial staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the assigned program.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Prepare written reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment using approved disinfectants.
• Track supplies inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to the supervisor.
• Correct at-risk behaviors immediately and report to the supervisor.
• Report accidents and incidents promptly.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions on areas needing improvement.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, and data collection.

Qualifications

• One to three months’ related experience and/or training; High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle registered in applicant’s name.
• Proficient in computer use and basic functions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, time management, and training abilities.
• Prior lead/management experience is required.

Compensation: $16.50-$17.50

Shift: Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Tuesday, 7:00 pm - 3:30 am; every other weekend.
