Job summary

IWCO seeks an Equipment Technician to install, adjust, and repair production equipment on our clocked shifts. You will diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults, fabricate parts, and perform rebuilds to keep presses running and meet quality targets.

This role requires reading schematics, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working 12-hour shifts in a loud, climate-controlled environment. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with vendors, and uphold strict safety standards while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; trade school is a plus.
• Experience with electronic/mechanical troubleshooting on automated equipment.
• Experience in print or direct mail equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform difficult repairs, set-ups, and rebuilds on multiple pieces of machinery.
• Participate in ARC Flash Electrical Safety Program and follow safety procedures.
• Read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Work with outside vendors and mentors to resolve defects; train others as needed.
• Identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions to keep equipment running.
