Job description

As an Equipment Technician at EōS Fitness, you will provide first‑line support for all club equipment, ensuring safety and performance through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and serve as the primary point of contact for equipment issues across multiple clubs.

Expectations and Duties:

• Report to the Sr. Equipment Technician
• Oversee 4‑6 clubs
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment, including massage chairs and hydro beds, per FMX schedule
• Perform timely repairs on all equipment
• Manage and close FMX tickets
• Obtain required manufacturer certifications (may involve out‑of‑state travel)
• Maintain inventory and spare parts inventory for quick resolution
• Complete equipment checklists and inspections for each visit to clubs
• Manage local equipment service vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and related inventory
• Perform preventive maintenance on drink coolers

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of basic mechanical work experience
• Successful background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license
• Maintain personal vehicle insurance that meets local, state, or federal minimums
• Clean motor vehicle record throughout employment
• Reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations

This role requires use of your personal vehicle for business mileage. All persons who use their personal vehicle for business mileage must carry a valid driver’s license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations. All approved business miles are reimbursable and may be untaxed in accordance with IRS regulations.

Hourly Pay Range

$26.44—$26.44 USD
