Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 clubs, completing maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory and local service vendors.
• Maintain company vehicle and organized inventory.
• Complete timely repairs on all equipment.
• Manage and close tickets in FMX.
• Complete required manufacturer certifications when available (may require out of state travel).
• Maintain inventory and spare parts for quick resolution.
• Complete equipment checklist and inspection on all club visits.
• Manage local equipment service vendors.
• Maintain company vehicle, keeping a clean and organized inventory.

Equipment Technician

As an Equipment Technician, you must possess great customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude during busy times. The Equipment Team leads all equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Reporting to Sr. Equipment Technician
• Oversee 4-6 clubs
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance per FMX, including massage chairs, hydro beds, and drink coolers
• Complete timely repairs on all equipment
• Manage and close tickets in FMX
• Complete required manufacturer certifications when available (may require out of state travel)
• Maintain inventory and spare parts for quick resolution
• Complete equipment checklist and inspection on all club visits
• Manage local equipment service vendors
• Maintain company vehicle, keeping a clean and organized inventory

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years basic mechanical work experience
• Must successfully pass background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record throughout employment
• Reliable transportation to multiple job locations

This role requires use of your personal vehicle for business mileage. All persons who use personal vehicles for business mileage must carry a valid driver’s license and personal car insurance coverage. Business miles are reimbursable and may be untaxed per IRS regulations.
