Job summary

FinishWorks is seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Technician to join our team in Shipshewana, Indiana. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing coating application equipment for customers and our sales team.

You will diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites and in our facility, assist with questions, and travel as needed for installations and service calls. Strong mechanical skills and customer-focused communication are essential.
