Job summary

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, is hiring an Equipment Tech to respond to calls for respiratory therapy equipment and compressed gas cylinder needs across the hospital. Under minimum supervision, you maintain respiratory care equipment and supplies and support the Respiratory care service staff.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an approved Respiratory program.
• Preferred High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years preferred.

Summary Under Minimum supervision, the Equipment Tech responds to calls for respiratory therapy equipment and compressed gas cylinder needs throughout the hospital. Responsible for the maintenance of respiratory care equipment and supplies. Works to support the Respiratory care service staff. Assists with handling of compressed gas cylinders and supports preventive maintenance needs with the Clinical engineering staff by tracking and bringing equipment for service. Performs all duties that are required of a respiratory care support services technician.

Requirements

• Preferred High School Diploma
• 1-3 years Preferred

Pay Range: $17.00 to $24.75 Based On Experience
