Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Kent, WA is seeking an Equipment Support II to assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading and unloading equipment for transport. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM with overtime eligible, and pay is weekly.

The role requires comfort operating equipment and maintaining clean, ready-for-rent gear, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO after 90 days, and a 401k after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment is preferred.
• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading and unloading of equipment.
• Comfortable operating equipment and ensuring it is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Able to work outside in the shop, branch, and yard.

PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (Overtime Eligible)

Pay Range: $21.25 - $26.60 per hour dependent on experience
