Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring for an Equipment Support II position in Kent, WA. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with overtime eligible, paying weekly. You will assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading/unloading equipment and ensuring it is clean and ready for rent.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or construction experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Must be safety-conscious and a team player.
• Ability to climb in and out of equipment and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready for rent; operate equipment when needed.
• Work outside in shop, branch, and yard environments; prioritize safety at all times.

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (Overtime Eligible)

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
