Job summary

Adecco in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an Equipment Services Technician I to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality in a high-precision environment.

You'll work full-time on either day or night shifts with 3:30 pm–midnight B-Shift after training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain SMT, Thru-Hole, Conformal Coat, process, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and inspections to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
• Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Support engineering with process development, testing, and design experiments.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and project updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide clear written and verbal shift pass-down communication.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and powered pallet jacks when required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | B-Shift 3:30pm- midnight but training (1-2 weeks) is on Day A shift

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to support production in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
