Adecco is hiring Electronics Assemblers to support printed circuit board assembly lines for a family-owned company in Nampa. This position performs detailed soldering, component installation, wire preparation, labeling, and documentation while following established work instructions, ESD practices, and quality requirements.
Pay: $20.00 to $30.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
Perform hand soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components on printed circuit boards.
Populate printed circuit boards with through-hole and secondary-operation components.
Trim, clip, strip, tin, and prepare wires and component leads.
Apply adhesives and complete potting or sealing processes as required.
Assemble electronic parts and printed circuit boards into metal enclosures.
Identify electronic components and verify parts against work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
Complete production paperwork and accurately label finished products.
Use soldering irons, hot-air equipment, microscopes, digital multimeters, screw guns, and standard assembly tools.
Perform soldering and inspection work under a microscope, including fine-pitch components.
Identify and resolve routine assembly issues while following company procedures and customer quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow ESD handling procedures.
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of professional electronics assembly experience at the component level.
Hands-on experience with fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
Ability to read electronic and mechanical work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
Ability to work in accordance with ESD procedures and pass a hands-on skills assessment.
Previous electronics or printed circuit board assembly experience in manufacturing preferred
Strong touch-up and hand-soldering experience.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
