• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Five years of progressive experience in industrial/equipment-maintenance environment preferred.
• Experience installing, wiring, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and control systems preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, evaluate, and upgrade maintenance operations to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, equipment failures, and customer concerns.
• Install and wire electrical control panels, industrial equipment, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and programmable controllers (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
• Configure and troubleshoot HMIs and process-control interfaces.
• Read electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and process-control docs.
• Document work in the maintenance system.

Job Description :

Ensure all process equipment operates safely and at optimal efficiency. Partner with designated vendors and execute regularly scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Install, wire, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and modify electrical control panels, automation systems, industrial machinery, and process equipment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations, equipment failures, and customer concerns.
• Install and wire electrical control panels, industrial equipment, automation systems, instruments, and associated electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, control circuits, and industrial automation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair automation systems, process equipment, industrial machinery, and related electrical and mechanical systems.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs and programmable controllers, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or similar platforms.
• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot programmable HMIs and process-control interfaces.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, equipment drawings, and process-control documentation.
• Document work details through the computerized maintenance management system.
• Apply knowledge of electrical and automation fundamentals, including:
• AC and DC circuits
• Electronics and soldering
• 24V and 480V systems
• Motors and motor-control circuits
• Electrical schematics
• Pneumatic systems

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Five years of progressive experience and responsibility in an industrial, manufacturing, facilities, electrical, automation, or equipment‑maintenance environment preferred
• Experience installing, wiring, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and control systems preferred
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial automation systems preferred
• Equipment‑maintenance experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
