The Equipment Services Technician plays a key role in supporting field service operations by assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fountain and aeration systems. Working alongside the service team, this position helps complete daily service routes, perform service calls, and ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. The Equipment Services Technician communicates with customers on site, maintains accurate service documentation, and follows proper equipment handling and safety procedures.

Because this position provides a variety of tasks, the physical requirements apply to both an in‑office and in‑the‑field environment.This position also requires the ability to swim, manual dexterity for working with small components, ability to complete repetitive motions for long periods of time, bending, continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 50 lbs. and managing packages up to 150 lbs. as well as standing/stooping for long periods of time. In the field, expect adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, etc. for portions of the position that may be completed in these circumstances.

While this is a year‑round position, during the months of April – September, there willbe extended work schedules, and you must be available to work between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday-Friday. This equates to an average of 40-50 hours per week. During peak season, there are little to no Saturday shifts. The remaining months will be a Monday‑Friday schedule.
