Dillard’s in Olathe, KS is seeking an on-site Equipment Service Technician to diagnose hardware issues, install and maintain printers, workstations, and UPS systems at the company’s distribution center and stores.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role provides the opportunity to diagnose equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure the local Dillard’s Distribution Center and Dillard’ stores receive prompt support to keep equipment operating efficiently.

THE TEAM

This role is part of the Equipment Service Team within the Dillard’s Information Technology Department. This team supports all of the Dillard’s store point of sale equipment, while providing onsite support to the local Dillard’s Distribution Centers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide technical support for distribution center operations and local Fort Worth Carrier shipped Dillard’s stores.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal printers, laser printers, workstations, and Uninterruptible Power Supply systems.
• Manage the inbound and outbound movement of equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, inventory control, and timely distribution to local Fort Worth Carrier stores.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and deployments while maintaining accurate asset records.
• Work closely with store personnel and distribution center teams to ensure reliable equipment performance and timely issue resolution.

Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Olathe KS headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
