Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage company in Illinois, is looking for a customer support specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls related to equipment issues and troubleshooting. You will diagnose problems, guide customers over the phone, and coordinate with field technicians for complex cases.

Requires 21+ years old and a HS diploma with 2–4 years of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound or outbound calls relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose problems with cold-drink and/or fountain equipment based on customer descriptions.
• Provide clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with field technicians to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20.35-25.44
