Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Niles, IL is hiring for a full-time role providing phone-based customer support for beverage equipment. You will handle inquiries, diagnose issues, and guide customers to quick resolutions, with collaboration with field technicians as needed.

Candidates should have 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience, and ideally a bachelor’s degree. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.

• Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalat and follow up on complex or unresolved issues
• Other duties as assigned
