Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an Equipment Services Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the maintenance, distribution, and operation of equipment to support patient care.

You will provide technical leadership to the equipment services team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate inventory and service logs onsite at 75 Francis Street.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• 1–2 years in supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance, repair, calibration of hospital equipment.
• Oversee distribution and tracking of equipment across departments.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Train staff on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of inventory, service logs, schedules.
• Respond to urgent equipment requests and resolve issues.
• Help develop procedures to improve equipment management.
• Provide technical guidance to team to meet safety standards.
