The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Services Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, distribution, and operation of hospital equipment.

You will provide technical leadership to the equipment services team and ensure equipment is in optimal condition to support patient care and operations. You will lead maintenance, calibration, and repair activities, oversee records and schedules, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors maintenance, repair, and calibration of hospital equipment.
• Oversees distribution and tracking of equipment across departments.
• Performs regular inspections and quality assurance on equipment.
• Trains staff on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinates with vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory, service logs, and schedules.
• Responds to urgent equipment requests and resolves issues.
• Develops procedures to improve equipment management processes.
• Provides technical guidance to team and enforces safety standards.
