Summary Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance, distribution, and operation of equipment services. Ensures equipment is in optimal working condition, properly allocated, and readily available to support patient care and operational needs. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in equipment maintenance and repair 2-3 years required and Experience in a supervisory or lead role 1-2 years preferred and Experience within a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of medical and non-medical equipment. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving equipment issues. - Strong organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and documentation. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with various departments. - Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety protocols in healthcare.
