Job Overview

The Delivery Installer will professionally deliver, install, move, and/or remove vendor and cooler equipment to the customer's satisfaction safely and efficiently per Company standards. This position will provide excellent customer service and communication to Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC), Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), and Equipment Reutilization Solutions (ERS) internal and external customers, with the ability to sell revenue-generating services through the Coca-Cola Consolidated Equipment Reutilization Solutions (CCC ERS) proposition.

Schedule

Four 10-hour days, 7am - 5:30pm. May need to work Fridays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle the replacement, installation, and removal of vending and cooler equipment at customer locations; safely and efficiently while meeting customer satisfaction and adhering to Company standards.
• Assemble vending and cooler equipment on customer locations by loading and unloading using a forklift, pallet jack, and vendor dollies.
• Remove packaging materials and verify asset numbers being loaded are those assigned for the day.
• Drive safely following all motor vehicle laws, maintain a safe environment by completing safety training, and conduct DOT daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections if required.
• Maintain responsibility for key inventory, money, and product; sign out keys and monies for full-service vending, and return them at the end of the shift.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues; place a service call if unable to resolve.
• Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate records of deliveries and movements.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
• Move large equipment in uncontrolled temperatures.
• Drive or ride for long periods.
• Operate vehicle, hand trucks, stair climbers, product carts, vendor dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electronic devices.
• Be organized and able to work as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain CDL if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Physical.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.

Work Environment

The environment varies, including exposure to weather, coolers, and customer storage areas, which may be non-temperature controlled.
