Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Equipment Service Agent to support our North American customers from an in-office base with travel for on-site repairs. You will handle remote support, field service calls, and parts management as part of a small, global team.

Ideally you bring hands-on electrical/mechanical trouble-shooting skills, a technical education, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You’ll collaborate across service, engineering, and operations to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background with motors, electrical interconnections, and equipment maintenance.
• PV systems or industrial equipment experience is a plus.
• Technical education background as described in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle North American service cases via email and phone; remote troubleshooting.
• Perform field service calls including break-fix and maintenance visits.
• Oversee installations and provide training.
• Partner with global teams to escalate field issues to engineering.
• Manage North American spare parts, including fulfillment and inventory.
• Conduct system and component failure analysis, refurbishment and testing.
