Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain equipment across a group of restaurants. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to repair needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the District Manager, you must have electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedule with R&M budget guidance.
• Coordinate work to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
