Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician for our restaurants in Ohio. You will maintain equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to repairs to keep operations smooth and safe.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, manage schedules to minimize downtime, and collaborate with management. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; HVAC and basic trades knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Independent, reliable worker who can operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with management and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing assignments and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work within the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
