Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest BURGER KING franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain restaurant equipment across our Ohio fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general mechanical work, communicate with management, and develop schedules that minimize downtime while protecting guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing assignments.
• Maintain productivity, composure and a pleasant attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
