Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain, repair, deliver, install, and relocate beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. You’ll work with vending machines, coolers, fountain equipment, and coffee dispensing systems, performing proactive maintenance and keeping accurate records.

You must have mechanical, electrical, and technical aptitude, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment preferred.
• May be required to supply hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.
• Load and unload beverage equipment for delivery and/or return.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
• Cooler placement – checking temperature and refrigeration.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment and coffee dispensing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Operate a motor vehicle (manual or automatic).
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory.
• Generate parts requests to ensure inventory.
• Complete required paperwork (work tickets, parts lists, vehicle inspections).
• Rebuild and repair parts and equipment.
• Use IPad for data entry and retrieval.
• Provide quality customer service including driving to locations to deliver/repair equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Scheduling flexibility is required.
• Follow all regulations, policies and procedures.
