Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to support maintenance, repair, delivery, setup, and relocation of beverage equipment. You will work with vending machines, coolers, fountain equipment, and coffee dispensers, performing preventative maintenance and keeping records up to date.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer interaction, and safe operation of company equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior work experience with moving equipment preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, relocate, and remove beverage equipment.
• Load/unload equipment for delivery/return.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding delivery status.
• Check cooler placement and temperature control.
• Educate customers on operation of equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, and relocations of fountain/coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Operate a vehicle with manual/automatic transmissions.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and paperwork.
• Provide quality customer service and travel to locations to deliver/repair equipment.
