The position requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• HVAC/refrigeration certification preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read manufacturers’ specifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.
• Load and unload equipment for delivery/return.
• Interact with customers and supervisors about delivery and pickup status.
• Check temperature and refrigeration for coolers.
• Educate customers on operation of equipment.
• Assist with installations, removals, relocations of fountain equipment and coffee dispensing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and paperwork.
• Provide quality customer service by traveling to sites to deliver/repair.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Scheduling flexibility is required.
