Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High country in Rapid City, SD is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain, repair and relocate beverage equipment at customer sites. You will work with vending machines, coolers and fountain systems, performing preventative maintenance and recording service data.

The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
• Prior vending equipment repair and distribution a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• May be required to supply hand tools.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.
• Load and unload equipment for delivery and return.
• Educate customers on operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs.
• Maintain paperwork and records such as work tickets and inspections.
• Operate a vehicle and maintain on-vehicle parts inventory.
• Provide quality customer service during on-site visits.
