Job summary

Honda Equipment Service and Die Service Technician Co-op/Intern positions are Summer 2027 openings across multiple departments, with mentors and structured hands-on experiences in electrical, mechanical, welding, and facilities maintenance.

Applicants must be enrolled in an associate degree or certificate program, maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Housing options and paid overtime are available where offered.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate degree or certificate program studying Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Multicraft Industrial Technology, Welding, or related field.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher (transcript required).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow Honda safety procedures, quality policies and documentation.
• Assist maintenance and repair work, with a mentor.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary projects across electrical, mechanical, and welding disciplines.
• Support preventative, predictive maintenance activities and downtime response.
• Operate basic shop equipment and hand/power tools.
