Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking Equipment Service Co-op/Interns for Summer 2027 across multiple locations. The program emphasizes safety, maintenance, and hands-on learning under a mentor, with opportunities to gain practical skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and automation topics.

Applicants must be enrolled in an associate degree or certificate program, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be able to work at least 10 weeks with a minimum of three days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate degree or certificate program in relevant engineering/tech field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and industrial safety.
• Must have reliable transportation and minimal 10-week commitment.
• Experience with AutoCAD or CAD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Equipment Service and Die Service technicians under supervision.
• Assist with maintenance, upgrades, and downtime response tasks.
• Document work orders, safety procedures and findings.
• Attend mentoring sessions and develop foundational hands-on skills.
