Carolina Cat is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the local branch service department, overseeing operations, revenues, expenses, and budgeting. The role focuses on staff performance, safety culture, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive heavy equipment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial statements to drive results. Monday–Friday schedule with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with strong communication and supervision capabilities.
• Experience leading shop teams and managing performance metrics is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and staff performance.
• Manage WIP and department profitability and budgeting.
• Ensure safe, professional work environment and discipline where needed.
• Communicate pricing, quotes, and customer requirements clearly to the team.
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance evaluations for staff.
