You will coordinate workflows, communicate with customers and technicians, and drive improvements in efficiency and service quality. The role requires 3+ years in equipment service or rental operations, strong customer service and leadership skills, and proficiency with dealership software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equipment service, rental, or dealership operations.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dealership software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service and rental operations, including scheduling and fleet availability.
• Manage service workflows from intake through invoicing and communications.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and resolve issues.
• Handle rental quotes, contracts, inspections, and returns.
• Monitor fleet utilization and coordinate maintenance.
• Build relationships with customers and contractors to grow business.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales across equipment and services.
• Maintain a safe, organized facility and comply with policies.
• Participate in training to stay current with equipment and industry practices.
