Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Bedford, MA is seeking an Equipment Service Specialist to support the North America Repair Center. The role blends administrative tasks with hands-on duties, including receiving customer materials, tracking service status, and assisting with instrument calibration and parts management.

You will work with Oracle, SAP and SFDC/ServiceMax, Salesforce CRM, and maintain inventory, respond to inquiries, create reports, and help design presentations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in logistics, distribution, or service support.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer materials for service.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests.
• Process orders for new instruments using Oracle, SAP and SFDC/ServiceMax.
• Use CRM tools for calibration tools management (Salesforce).
• Receive supplies and manage repair center cabinets.
• Perform general administrative duties.
