SkyChefs in Dallas is seeking an Equipment & Sanitation Supervisor to lead the on-site operations, ensuring timely equipment deliveries and a clean, sanitized dish room. Role Purpose Statement

The Equipment and Sanitation supervisor at SkyChefs is responsible for and oversees the equipment deliveries to all other departments. In addition, you’ll oversee a commercial dish room operation, ensuring all equipment, carts, and service items are cleaned, sanitized, and ready to go. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be on the floor, working side‑by‑side with your team, keeping operations moving, solving problems in real time, and ensuring everything is accurate, clean, and on schedule.If you’re energized by fast‑paced environments, take pride in leading from the front, and enjoy building teams that deliver high‑quality results,this is a role where you can make a real, visible impact every day.

The ideal candidate will have schedule flexibility, be a self-starter and a quick learner with basic computer skills. Someone that can recognize and address a problem before it turns into something much bigger. Has good communication skills. Able to give directions. Able to ensure process target times/delivery times are being met.
