What You’ll Do

As our Equipment Sales Representative, you’ll have virtually unlimited earning potential, with success driven by your ambition, relationship-building skills, and goal achievement. Your responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling new and used forklift equipment
  • Generating revenue through rental agreements, parts sales, and service support
  • Growing market share and strengthening our presence in Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Paso Robles
  • Meeting with existing and prospective customers, offering tailored operational solutions

This role involves using a company-provided vehicle to navigate your territory, build relationships, and deliver excellent service. It’s a long-term career opportunity where your achievements are recognized and rewarded. If you’re motivated by challenges and personal connections, this is for you.

What You Need
  • Proven outside sales experience
  • Financing background (preferred)
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment (preferred)
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Reside in Santa Barbara County

Compensation: Salary + Commission
