Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years equipment sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet use.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic sales reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV record meeting company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell machinery to customers in Hastings and Red Cloud territories.
• Maintain product knowledge of equipment and features.
• Monitor competitive activity and report to management.
• Manage customer information and relationships in territory.
• Follow defined sales process and document activities; report weekly to CEO and Corporate Sales Manager.
• Maintain company vehicles and devices; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
• Explain financing options to customers.
• Attend sales trainings and seminars as required.
• Evaluate used equipment values and trading potential.
• Maintain integrity of the company and relationships with other reps.
• Maintain knowledge of LandMark’s Integrated Solutions packages.
