Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced customer service, rental, operations, or events.
• Strong sense of urgency with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and organizers.
• Comfortable with computers and learning equipment programming/order-management systems.
• Experience preparing reports or maintaining operational documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand rental requirements and process orders.
• Coordinate equipment availability, preparation, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate rental inventory and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
• Assist customers with basic equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Resolve order and invoicing questions following rental transactions.
• Support management in achieving rental revenue and customer-service goals.
• Develop relationships with local event organizers, venues, and potential customers.
• Coordinate preparation, installation, and setup of equipment as required.
• Program and configure communication equipment as needed.
• Enter rental orders, customer information, and invoices into internal systems.
