Job summary

National Lift Truck seeks a Rental Order Coordinator to manage inquiries, quotes, and orders from initiation to delivery. You will verify details, coordinate equipment and transportation, and ensure accurate data entry across systems. A strong focus on customer service and timely communication is essential.

You will work with Inside/Outside Sales and service teams to optimize scheduling, pricing, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining documentation according to policy.
