Job summary

Gillman Home Center in New Castle, Indiana is seeking a Rental Manager to plan, coordinate and direct all equipment rental operations at the location. You will maintain up-to-date inventory and serve as a technical adviser on equipment issues.

You will provide exceptional customer service, handle rentals and payments, manage check-in/out, deliveries, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. This full-time role requires mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical expertise is a must for this position.
• Valid driver's license; For-Hire Endorsement not required but preferred.
• Stihl power equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Operate POS system and rental transactions.
• Inspect, rent, and deliver equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory and track returns.
