Job summary

You will schedule transportation, dispatch drivers, coordinate maintenance, and handle invoicing while maintaining safety and exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of rental inquiries by phone and in person.
• Negotiate rental rates and prepare rental agreements using the rental software.
• Coordinate transportation for equipment and dispatch drivers.
• Invoice customers and manage equipment transfers and maintenance coordination.
