Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to work with customers and the rental fleet. You will help identify the best machine for jobs and manage daily rental transactions in alignment with our One Professional Team vision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Computer and office administration coursework favored.

Responsibilities

• Invoices CAT and non-CAT rentals and demos.
• Process rentals and related invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain rental equipment records and signings.
• Assist with tax applications on invoices.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with branches.
• Input reservation and rental data into DBS system.
• Assist customers with equipment options and pricing.
