Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and PM tasks on technical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot moderately complex equipment issues using manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Dismantles, repairs, assembles, installs and sets up technical equipment and machines used in a production site.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks with minimal supervision to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
• Diagnose and repair moderately complex equipment malfunctions using manuals, tools, and schematics.
• Prioritize and complete work orders in the CMMS with accurate documentation.
• Provide feedback to improve task planning and workflows for maintenance.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recurring issues; propose corrective actions.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians on intermediate tasks and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
