Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability and food safety across the facility. You will lead failure elimination, RCA, FMEA, and PM optimization while partnering with Operations, FSQ, and Maintenance to boost asset performance.

You will spend significant time in production identifying losses, validating root causes, and implementing durable corrective actions, developing capital plans and guiding asset teams toward Right First Time outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering or related technical discipline.
3+ years manufacturing reliability experience.
Experience with industrial production equipment.
Experience leading root cause investigations.
Experience with PM optimization, FMEA, RCM and CMMS.

Responsibilities

Lead asset reliability management for critical manufacturing assets (Packaging Equipment, Detection Systems, Utilities).
Lead structured problem-solving for recurring failures (RCA, FMEA).
Develop and maintain asset criticality rankings for all plant assets.
Evaluate and improve PM effectiveness and PM frequency.
Partner with FSQ to implement Equipment-Based FSQ Prevention Program.
