Job summary

Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as Project Manager, Equipment in our Fort Myers, FL or Maitland, FL Commercial Sales Office. You will manage all aspects of equipment projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while working with a team to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management is required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Experience with financial management and budgeting is required.
• Experience with Microsoft software, Teams and ability to quickly learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Performs construction schedule review to meet customer requirements and tracks project status.
• Coordinates selection, pricing, and integrates equipment, controls, and services for each project.
• Creates detailed cost estimates and resolves major deviations from scope with the team.
• Maintains forecasted cost at completion and updates schedules and milestones.
• Prepares material and vendor orders and records receipts and payments.
