Trane Technologies invites you to join our Fort Myers, FL or Maitland, FL Commercial Sales Office as a Project Manager, Equipment. You will oversee equipment projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver energy-efficient solutions.

This role is administrative and financial, not a field position, focusing on schedules, budgets, and vendor relations with timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management; 3–5 years in project or construction management.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and HVAC controls.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams; quick learner of proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Review construction schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate equipment, controls, and services for each project.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage deviations from scope.
• Maintain forecasted cost at completion and project cash flow.
• Create and revise project schedules with tasks and milestones.
• Process material orders and vendor invoices; issue purchase orders.
• Ensure successful warranty transition to service teams.
